Today in class we finished the PowerPoint that we started yesterday that introduced us to population pyramids. Projected on the board today would be a population pyramid with a city and state and we would have to figure out why in a certain age category they had more people then everyone else. Then we got a little off topic and our teacher asked us if we had followed the news over the past few days and I knew exactly where he was going with this because we were talking about a prison. Mr. Schick wanted to knew if we knew anything related to prison and I knew that it was about an old guy who had been transferred to another prison and was murdered by other prisoners who beat him to death. Then people wanted to see what the population pyramid looked like for Bel Air Maryland and it was more or less what we thought that it would look like. We also looked at the predicted population will be for us in 2100 and it will consist of about 12 billion people which is a lot considering we had 7 billion people now. All in all today's class was pretty easy and even though we didn't write any notes down I still learned based on the examples on the board.
